How can I change my contact details?

You can change your contact details in the section My Account > Account Information > Contact Information.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you forgot the password, you could retrieve it by clicking on "Forgot your password?" nearby the sign in button. Click here to reset it now by entering the email address you registered with. You will receive an email with a link to set the new one.

How can I change my password?

Why do I have to register and create an account with Kablee?

To see prices on Kablee and make purchases, registration is required.

How do I register to Kablee?

It's easy and free to register for a Kablee account. You must fill information related to your company (i.e. name, address, state, company information) and create your own credentials. Click here to register now on Kablee and get access to our Prysmian catalogue.

After registration I cannot log in, why?

If you already have completed the registration form here and you cannot still access the website, you are probably a new Prysmian customer. Your account will be verified within one business day, and you will receive an e-mail as soon as your account is confirmed.

How can I search for products that I’m interested in?

You can search for products from the main menu, by clicking on the relevant category. You can activate various filters for a more refined product selection, or you can use the search box at the top and enter key words such as: article code, color, type of product and more.

Where can I find product information?

Product page with all product information will open by clicking on the product picture. You will have information on: lengths available, price, AWG size, conductor count, cord type, color, description, and datasheet.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you can place orders only if you are registered. You can register by filling in the registration form here.

What information do I need to fill in to make an order?

As a registered user, you just need to indicate the shipping and invoice addresses.

I received a discount code; how can I use it?

You can apply the discount code directly at the Review & Payments step of the Checkout process.

I have technical issues in completing my order, what can I do?

Where can the product be shipped?

All the products available in Kablee can be shipped in every state of USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are always included in the order total price.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days; delivery may take up to 2 business days in regards of your area.

How can I get a confirmation of my order?

After you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number (#).

Will I receive the invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice once the order is registered and processed.

Can I modify my order?

All your orders will be processed automatically and therefore modification of the items purchased is not possible. You can cancel your order by reaching out to your Sales Agent at Prysmian within 12 hours after Order Confirmation.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Can I return my order?

No, once the order has been delivered the customer cannot return the products. If there are any any damage and/or defect and/or shortage of the quantity ordered a claim shall be submitted to info@kablee.com within 48 hours from delivery, following our Warranty Policy.

What is the Warranty Policy?

At the time of delivery, the customer shall carefully check the goods against any visible damage and/or defect and/or shortage of the quantity ordered.
